Certification :

In order to produce quality educational content, it should be noted that the UNESCO Avicenna Network has a long-standing tradition of awarding certificates and medals:

Several certification levels are planned:

- Certification in mastery of digital instructional design – Pedagogical Aspects

- Certification in digital instructional design – Technical Aspects

- Certification and certification of digital courses produced.

 

Level 1 Certificate:

Having completed the Level 1 pedagogical or technical training and having completed the practical work:

• The specifications

• The initial session, part of the intermediate session, and the final session

• Online posting of completed sessions

• Satisfactory evaluation by the center's committee

Level 2 Certificate:

• Holder of the Level 1 certificate

• Having completed the Level 2 pedagogical or technical training

• Having completed a complete 20-hour module

• Satisfactory evaluation by the institution's Scientific and Educational Council

Level 3 Certificate:

• Holder of the Level 1 and Level 2 certificates

• Having completed the Level 3 training

• Being a member of the permanent team of the Avicenna-UNESCO Center for at least one year as:

• Director of the Center

• Technical Expert

• Educational Expert

• Member of the Scientific Council

• Having a satisfactory evaluation by the Scientific Council and the institution's authorities

 

UNESCO AVICENNA MEDAL:

This medal is generally awarded to the Minister of Education National, to the Minister of Higher Education, to the Rector of a University or the Director of the Partner Institution for the proper functioning of the UNESCO Avicenna Center in terms of teacher training and production of quality digital content.
